Terms of use.

The rules that apply to consulting and using this site.

Last updated : August 22, 2026

1. Site publisher

The site fraxus.io is published by FraXus, established in Brussels, Belgium.

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to the site and its use. By consulting this site, you agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

Use of a FraXus product or service is covered by a separate contract. These terms do not replace it.

3. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible. We endeavour to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the site — structure, texts, interfaces, code, visual identity, the FraXus brand and logo — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of FraXus or its rights holders.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Short quotation with attribution and a link to the original page remains permitted.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • disrupt the operation of the site or compromise its security;
  • attempt to access areas, systems or data you are not entitled to;
  • extract content in bulk by automated means;
  • use the forms for unsolicited prospecting, distributing unlawful content or impersonation.

The forms are protected by anti-abuse measures, including a limit on the number of submissions per period.

6. Site content

The information presented describes the capabilities and products of FraXus for information purposes. It constitutes neither a contractual offer, nor a commitment as to results, nor a guarantee that a feature will be available.

Items identified as belonging to a roadmap or a product direction are not commercially available and carry no commitment as to dates.

7. External links

The site may link to third-party resources. We exercise no control over their content and accept no liability in relation to them.

8. Liability

FraXus cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from access to the site or the inability to access it, nor for the use made of the information it contains. Nothing here limits liability in the event of intentional fault or fraud, nor in cases where the law prohibits it.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Security practices are presented in our Security note.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
