FraXus is a digital company specialised in designing intelligent SaaS products. We bring together software engineering, artificial intelligence, Cloud, automation, data and integrations to create platforms that simplify operations and make companies more effective.
Where we start
Our approach starts from the business need: technology is not an end in itself, but the infrastructure that lets people work, decide and grow better.
Concretely, that means we start by understanding a process before proposing a technology. The number of tools installed has never solved an organisational problem; what counts is the coherence of the system.
What we build
FraXus develops its own SaaS platforms — Smart CRM is the first — and puts the same engineering chain at the service of companies that need to design, integrate or modernise a business system.
These two activities feed each other: what we prove on our products (multi-tenancy, roles, automation, integrations, monitoring) benefits the systems we build for clients, and the other way round.
How we work
We favour explicit scopes, incremental delivery and usable documentation. A system nobody can take over is a system that will cost dearly later.
